Semifluid Generator

Semifluid Generator produce FE from various basic fluids, like Oil CellOil Cell. It has internal buffer to store 10 buckets of energy fluid which is converted to FE. Semifluid Generator will generate 32 FE per tick from fluid provided, has internal buffer of 4M FE and output rate as 512 FE per tick.
