Quantum Solar Panel in Tech Reborn uses sunlight as a source of energy. It should be able to see the sun to generate energy.

This is a Tier 5 solar panel, which is the highest tier by now. It is eight times more efficient than Ultimate Solar Panel and consideread as a compact version of 8 ultimate solar panels.

Quantum Solar Panel generates 2KE/t in the daytime and and 128E/t in the nighttime respectively. It can store up to 4M of Energy.

Panel's energy output can be controlled with redstone.
