Mercury Cell

The Mercury Cell is a fluid cell added by TechReborn. You can get by using empty cell on Mercury fluid block or from several machine recipes.

Industrial Centrifuge recipe:
32xRedstone + 13xEmpty Cell → 3x Silicon Cell + 16x Pyrite Dust + 3x Ruby Dust + 10x Mercury Cell

Industrial Centrifuge recipe:
2xCinnabar Dust + Empty Cell → Mercury Cell + Sulfur Dust

Fluid Replicator recipe:
4xUU Matter → Mercury Cell

You can pour Mercury Cell into the world to get fluid block. But this is not the main usage of Mercury.
