Diesel Generator or for further processing into 
Nitrodiesel Cell.

Usage
Diesel Cell is used to generate energy. 1 cell or bucket will generate 128k Energy in Diesel Generator.
It is also used for further processing in 
Chemical Reactor recipe:
Diesel Cell + Glyceryl Cell → 5xNitrodiesel Cell
